Organic food is being provided in public catering more and more often. And it is not in vain because we know that the most vulnerable people among us, our growing children, the ill, and the elderly are in the greatest need of a residue free diets to maintain their health or help them get healthy again.

There are good examples of this in many countries. Almost 50% of the raw materials used in public catering in Denmark are already certified organic.

And while there is a growing need for resilient and sustainable food in Hungary, there is still a lot to be done to develop eating habits in a sustainable way .
This is why we were happy to read in a Hungarian article about the involvement of organic food in public catering .
